3k77 Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 3k77 platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "user"). By creating an account, accessing, or using any service on 3k77, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as your acceptance of the revised terms.

1.1 Applicability of Terms

These terms apply to the 3k77 website, application, and all related services. They are mandatory for any user in Bangladesh who accesses the platform.

1.2 Language

The Bengali version of these terms shall serve as the primary document. In case of any ambiguity, the Bengali text shall be considered final.

3k77 services are available only to individuals aged 21 years or older. By creating an account, you confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are creating the account in your own name and not on behalf of anyone else.
• All information you have provided is true and accurate.
• Online gaming and betting is legally permitted in your area.

2.1 Identity Verification

3k77 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Failure to submit the required documents may result in temporary suspension of the account. Accounts created with false information will be immediately terminated and any balance held will be forfeited.

2.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Each person may hold only one 3k77 account. Any attempt to open multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method will result in all accounts being closed and bonuses being forfeited.

You are fully responsible for the security of your 3k77 account. Keep your login credentials private and do not share them with anyone.

3.1 Password Protection

Use a strong password and change it regularly. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately. Attempting to access another person's account is illegal and will result in an immediate ban.

3.2 Account Suspension and Closure

3k77 may suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent activity or abuse of the system.
• Misuse of bonus terms.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
• Failure to complete identity verification.

3k77 uses the most recognized mobile payment methods in Bangladesh for all transactions.

4.1 Deposits

• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• The minimum deposit amount via any method is ৳200.
• Deposits must be made from the account registered in the same person's name — third-party deposits will not be accepted.
• After a successful deposit, your balance is typically updated within a few minutes.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• The standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method registered on your account.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Rocket is Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet — withdrawals will go directly to the mobile wallet.

4.3 Transaction Limits and Review

3k77 reserves the right to review large withdrawal amounts. Additional documentation may be requested for suspicious transactions. All financial transactions are secured via SSL encryption.

3k77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Accepting a bonus means you agree to its associated terms and conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a welcome bonus of up to 120% up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. A maximum deposit of ৳10,000 earns a ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 20x wagering requirement applies to every bonus. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit. Example: to withdraw bonus winnings from a ৳1,200 bonus, ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 in bets is required.

5.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Using artificial betting, creating accounts, or using multiple identities to take advantage of bonuses will result in the forfeiture of all related bonuses and winnings. Specific bonus offers may have an expiry date, and unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.

All betting and gaming activities on 3k77 are conducted in accordance with specific rules.

6.1 Betting Limits

Each game and market has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are clearly displayed on the game or market page.

6.2 Finality of Results

Bets will be settled based on official results announced by the recognized authority. 3k77 reserves the right to correct any bets settled incorrectly due to a technical error.

6.3 Bet Cancellation

A bet may be cancelled in the following circumstances:

• If an event is cancelled or postponed.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
• In the case of transactions arising from a system error.

6.4 Fair Play Policy

3k77 ensures fair play. Use of automated software, bots, or any fraudulent methods will result in account closure and cancellation of all winnings.

The 3k77 VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. You can advance to a higher tier through regular play.

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback and additional benefits.

3k77 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits. Cashback is generally added to your account at a set time each week. A wagering requirement may also apply to cashback.

3k77 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We encourage users to enjoy gaming as entertainment, not as a solution to financial problems.

8.1 Self-Exclusion

Any user may request to temporarily or permanently close their account. This request can be made through the support team.

8.2 Setting Deposit Limits

Users can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately, but increasing a limit may be subject to a delay.
